STONE BARNS CENTER

The Stone Barns Center is a non profit organisation pushing the boundaries of sustainable farming and eating. By bringing together different as many middle men as possible, Stone Barns Center and Blue Hill restaurants aim to create an ecological cuisine, one rooted in seasonal and regionally appropriate food.

AVINA supports the Stone Barns Center in advancing and spreading the their vision of sustainable farming and eating by funding the chef in residence progam.
