Only complete grant applications specifically addressed to AVINA STIFUNG will be reviewed. Projects of leading humanitarian organizations and general fundraising initiatives cannot not be considered.

Receipt of application will not be confirmed. Grant applications are being reviewed on a contiuous basis. There are not fixed dates for filing an application.

Grant seekers will be informed in writing about the decision of the Board of Trustees, resp. the donation committee at the given moment. Requests for re-consideration of a decision will not be entertained.

The application must contain detailed information on the organization requesting the grant, project content, goals, target group, budget including financing plan, as well as names of organizations / institutions the grant application has been sent to.

Your funding request must be accompanied by the grant application form. The document should provide an executive summary of the project and does not replace a detailed project proposal. Therefore, please focus on key information.

Unsolicited documents will not be returned.
